Each win is $100K for VT I think. Rising tide raises all ships


The most important thing is for VT to win. The second most important thing is for the conference to do well. For example, VT would have been left out of the tourney had we not won the ACC. This is because conference strength and perception is huge.

VT's wins over ND, UNC, Duke, and Miami all look much better now. Sure, at this point it doesn't matter but the better the conference does in general, the better for VT overall.
